- Classic tasting: R180 per person, 45 min. Five wines at the counter: the Estate range and the Blanc de Blancs. Walk-ins welcome until 15:30.
- Ridge Flight: R350 per person, 75 min. Seated. Both Single Vineyards beside their Estate counterparts, so you taste what one block does, plus a library vintage.
- Cellar & Barrel Tour: R550 per person, 2 hours. With the cellar team: the top of the ridge first, then down into the barrel hall to taste Die Kloof from barrel.
- Harvest Table lunch: R495 per person, 2½ hours. Four courses at one long table in the barrel hall, Friday to Sunday. Wines by the glass or paired.
