Privacy notice
Updated
This site sets no tracking cookies, loads nothing from third parties and collects personal information only when you send us a form.
What we collect
When you book, order, join the allocation list, subscribe or write to us, we receive the details you type into the form: usually your name, email address, phone number and the details of your request.
Why we collect it
Only to answer you: to confirm a booking, fulfil an order, send the letters you asked for, or reply to a question. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and in our email. We delete booking and enquiry records after two years, and remove you from the newsletter the moment you ask.
Age
We do not sell wine to anyone under 18, and orders require confirmation that the buyer is 18 or older.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Write to privacy@koelenberg.co.za. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
